Host Colby Donaldson kicks off the show with a a shoot off at the beginning which forms the contestants into teams and have the challenge to carry a 200 pound pole in between firing platforms 8 feet off the ground. While balancing on a stagecoach, the contestants need to prove their skill and pass the test in order to stay in the competition
